Butcher’s Hill

Butcher’s Hill is a small neighborhood located directly next to the northwest end of glorious Patterson Park.  This corner of the park provides a fantastic gathering spot for neighbors and families for various events like summer concerts and year round flea markets.  Despite being mostly residential, the neighborhood contains some of the city’s best dining destinations, as well as Ministry of Brewing, a church that has been converted to a brewery and was named in Esquire's 50 Coolest Bars in America.  The neighborhood provides a variety of flexibility for buyers; East-West streets offer large Victorian Row Houses with high ceilings and great details, while North-South streets provide smaller options with price tags as low as the mid-100,000’s.
