My name is Steve Williams and I am a licensed real estate agent with a passion for property management and a knack for finding the perfect home for clients in both Baltimore City and Washington, DC. Born in Falls Church, Virginia, I was raised by a general contractor and a real estate agent and have been around the industry my entire life. After high school, I attended Miami University of Ohio before starting a career as a high school teacher.

While teaching in 2014, my wife and I started our first short-term rental property in DC and grew our business from there.  A few years after spreading our management business to Baltimore, we fell in love with the city and decided to pack our things, and move up 95 to wonderful Charm City. We have been here since 2018 and are proudly raising our young son in Butcher’s Hill.  

I love helping folks see the full potential of Baltimore, however, with a wealth of knowledge about both the DC and Baltimore City real estate markets, I am happy to help buyers and sellers relocate to and from both great American cities and their surrounding areas.
