Roland Park
Roland Park has the feel of a very nice suburban town but with a city zip code; think Arlington or Potomac shoved into Northwest DC. The homes come in a wide variety of styles from adorable tudors to large Victorian mansions, most of which boast 5+ bedrooms. There are yards, sidewalks, specialty shops, and gourmet grocery stores everywhere, giving it a very different feeling than strolling about closer to the train station or harbor. Without a doubt, one of the most desirable locations for families in the entire Greater Baltimore Area. That said, Roland Park, on average, is far more affordable than most desirable suburban locations within the DC Beltway.
