Upper Fells Point is aptly named, as it is simply the area just north of Fells Point.  UFP is a fantastic place for purchasing starter homes because there are many mid-sized row homes available.  It’s extremely walkable to Patterson Park and has all the fun and excitement of Fells Point with its own restaurants, bars, and corner stores.
